Cancellation Policy

• If cancelled within 21 days, 50% of the total amount would be charged
• If cancelled within 07 days, full booking amount would be charged
• For Group booking, full booking amount would be charged, if cancelled 10 days before check in (Above 6 rooms) 
• For every cancellation an amount of INR 500 will be deducted as refund processing fee. 
• If No Show then full amount would be charged.
• The cancellation policy is based on the total amount not on the partially paid amount.
• In case of guest facing delay or cancellation of flight or train or road trip due to any unforeseen reason (inclusive of natural calamities), the room cancellation charges would remain applicable as per the applicable cancellation policy. Such unforeseen trip cancellation may not be manifested as the waiver of cancellation charges. 
• Child below 5 years should provide their age proof during the time of check-in. 
• Hotel is authorized to ask for valid Id proof for any individual.
• In case any dispute arises it would be exclusively subject to Siliguri jurisdiction
