This hotel is probably the best property at Lachung. Located bang opposite the mountains it offers perfect hospitality, cleanliness and courtesy. The quality of the food served was lovely and so was the promptness of their services. To top it all, I had paid extra for breakfast which I didn't consume. They refunded it without any delay within 24 hours. Safety, availability of hot water were the top most recommendations from my end
Balarka Hajra
We had a stay here during our yearly trip. We received warm welcome from the staffs. Rooms were very clean and the interior was extremely beautiful. We got to know that the hotel recently got renovated, you can spare entire day sitting in balcony. Although this is a full veg hotel, the food was very delicious. And last but not the least staffs were very helpful and courteous. We recommend everyone to stay in this property if you are in lachen.
The rooms have great view and the staff's are very friendly and well behaved. The food is also very good in taste.

Its hard to get a good maintained hotel in the hills, especially in the remote area like Lachen. But Magellan has surprised us by reaching our expectations. Clean, well maintained rooms, exceptional service.

Nice hotel. The price is very reasonable and the staff behaviour is very nice. I have been to sikkim several times, I always prefer this hotel to be the best. If you want to have a good & clean economic living. MG road is just very close and even the taxi stand.
